This pivotal role requires a passionate leader with exceptional sales expertise, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach. As the face of our sales operations, you will oversee all aspects of the sales process, develop high-performing teams, and cultivate lasting relationships with clients. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to exceed targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. Must have Medical Device experience!
Who are you:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales goals. Manage a P&L and know the medical device implant world and instrument sales. Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients through closing high-end B2B and retail deals. Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term relationships. Manage inventory levels, inventory control processes, and dealership operations to optimize sales opportunities. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, monitor sales activities, and analyze performance metrics. You can cultivate and build relationships with surgeons to generate more sales in the territory. Provide ongoing training in areas such as cold calling, phone etiquette, public speaking, and customer service excellence to enhance team skills. Maintain organized records of all transactions, customer interactions, and compliance documentation. Represent the dealership at industry events and public speaking engagements to promote brand visibility. Requirements Proven experience in automotive or high-end retail sales management with a strong track record of exceeding targets. Expertise in outside sales, B2B sales, negotiation skills, and developing a robust sales pipeline. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in retail math, inventory management, and CRM software tools. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and polished phone etiquette for outbound calls and client interactions. Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques, deal closing strategies, and customer relationship building. Experience with dealership operations including inventory control and retail math calculations. Ability to lead by example in high-pressure environments while maintaining a positive attitude.
