About Brand This studio specializes in one-on-one assisted stretch therapy designed to help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and move better in their daily lives. Our studios provide a welcoming, results-driven environment focused on wellness, recovery, and personalized care. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Studio Sales Manager to lead membership sales and help grow our studio community. This role is highly sales-focused and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident closing memberships. The Studio Sales Manager will be responsible for converting leads into members, building relationships with clients, and supporting grassroots marketing efforts within the local community. Key Responsibilities Drive membership sales through consultations, tours, and follow-ups with leads Convert prospects into long-term members by clearly communicating the value of assisted stretch therapy Conduct studio tours and explain membership options and pricing Manage and follow up with leads through CRM systems, phone calls, texts, and email Support community outreach efforts such as events, partnerships, and local promotions Maintain strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals Work closely with the studio owner and stretch therapists to ensure a great client experience Track daily sales metrics and meet or exceed monthly membership goals Assist with studio operations when needed Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience (fitness, wellness, retail, or membership-based sales preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident in closing sales and handling objections Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Comfortable with community outreach and grassroots marketing Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or recovery is a plus Benefits Opportunity to grow with an expanding wellness brand Positive, wellness-focused work environment Complimentary stretch sessions
