• Full-time We are seeking a charismatic, motivated, and highly organized Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and representing the company within the community and industry events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys networking, attending events, and building long-term partnerships. A background in construction is a plus, but not required. This position reports directly to the VP of Business Development. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, golf tournaments, and community events Assist in developing business development strategies and outreach initiatives Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications with prospective clients Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project support Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization Support the VP of Business Development with special projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications Charismatic, professional, and confident communication skills Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused and manage time effectively Enjoys networking, relationship-building, and attending events Must enjoy golf outings and participating in community/business functions Construction industry experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business communication tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team
