This executive-level leader will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and securing qualified franchise partners across the United States while ensuring alignment with GLOM Global's mission of providing comprehensive, rehabilitative services addressing substance use disorder, mental health challenges, economic instability, housing insecurity, and re-entry support. The Sales Director will oversee the entire franchise sales pipeline —from lead generation to franchise agreement execution—and work closely with executive leadership, legal counsel, operations, and compliance teams to ensure that all franchise sales comply with federal and state franchise regulations. This position plays a critical role in advancing GLOM Global's national footprint and strengthening its mission to transform communities through holistic services and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Franchise Sales & Development Lead the national franchise sales strategy to support the growth and expansion of GLOM Global locations across the United States. Identify, recruit, and secure qualified franchise candidates aligned with the organization's mission and operational standards. Manage the full franchise sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, discovery calls, presentations, due diligence, and closing. Develop and maintain a robust franchise candidate pipeline. Strategic Growth Execute targeted expansion plans in key markets based on demographic, economic, and regulatory analysis. Collaborate with executive leadership to determine national growth priorities and franchise territory opportunities. Develop sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and revenue projections. Franchise Recruitment Build relationships with investors, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders interested in franchise ownership. Represent GLOM Global at franchise development conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities. Partner with marketing teams to develop franchise recruitment campaigns and materials. Compliance & Legal Coordination Ensure all franchise sales activities comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Franchise Rule requirements. Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure proper distribution of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and compliance with state franchise registration laws. Maintain documentation for all franchise sales activities. Training & Leadership Work collaboratively with operations and training teams to ensure new franchisees are properly onboarded and prepared for launch. Provide guidance and mentorship to franchise development staff and regional sales representatives if applicable. Develop standardized franchise sales protocols and procedures. Performance Metrics Track and report key performance indicators including: Franchise leads generated Discovery days conducted Agreements executed Territories awarded Revenue targets achieved Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred Experience Minimum 7-10 years of senior-level sales experience , preferably in franchise development or healthcare-related services. Demonstrated success in national franchise sales and territory expansion. Experience navigating franchise regulations and compliance requirements. Proven track record of closing high-value franchise agreements. Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of franchise sales processes and franchise compliance laws. Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities. Strategic thinking with strong analytical and market assessment skills. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. High level of professionalism, integrity, and mission alignment.
