Sales Manager Foundation Repair of California Base Salary:
$115,000-$150,000 +
Performance-Based Sales Bonus Total Earning Potential:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, driven, and people-focused Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This is an opportunity for a proven sales leader who knows how to coach people, drive accountability, analyze performance, and build a winning sales culture. Our Sales Manager plays a critical role in helping homeowners protect one of their most valuable assets—their home—while developing a high-performing team committed to delivering a remarkable customer experience. The Opportunity As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and development of the sales team. You will coach and mentor sales representatives, conduct field ride-alongs, lead sales meetings and training, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to improve individual and team results. This is a hands-on leadership position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting into the field with the team, identifying opportunities for improvement, providing direct coaching, and holding team members accountable to established expectations. The right leader will balance people development, performance management, sales strategy, and operational execution. What You'll Do Lead, coach, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Conduct regular field ride-alongs with sales representatives to observe performance and provide real-time coaching. Lead weekly sales meetings focused on performance, product knowledge, sales strategy, accountability, and professional development. Train new sales representatives and provide ongoing development for existing team members. Reinforce established company sales processes, systems, and methodology. Review individual and team KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and develop performance improvement plans when appropriate. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics. Hold sales representatives accountable for activity, performance, customer experience, and company expectations. Partner with Marketing, Production, Customer Care, and other departments to improve the overall customer journey. Serve as the primary leadership resource for sales representatives regarding pre-sale processes and workflow questions. Promote a positive, competitive, accountable, and team-oriented sales culture. Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of new sales talent as the organization grows. What We're Looking For 3+ years of successful sales management experience , preferably within home improvement, construction, in-home sales, home services, or a related industry. Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals. Demonstrated ability to improve individual and team sales performance. Strong understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Experience working with CRM and sales management systems. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable coaching and strategy. Ability to have direct performance and accountability conversations while maintaining a professional, development-focused approach. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits We believe strong performance should be rewarded.
Base Salary:
