This role will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, expanding distribution, driving profitability, and managing key retail partnerships within the apparel industry.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee Sales Account Managers handling club accounts
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and trade funding management
- Expand existing business while securing new accounts
- Manage category reviews, pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Accounting, Marketing, and E-commerce teams
- Forecast sales and align production planning with market demand
- Build strong relationships with key retailers and broker partners
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of apparel sales/account management experience within club accounts
- Strong Costco experience and established buyer relationships
REQUIRED
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business/Economics a plus)
