Job Description
•Starting from $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually plus additional incentives• The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a performance bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Pay is based on location, experience, and qualifications etc. Position Summary As the Dual Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for both Toll House Hotel and Lodge at Tiburon. This role is based out of Toll House Los Gatos and requires weekly travel to Tiburon. The position is both a proactive selling role and a leadership role, responsible for driving revenue through outbound sales efforts while managing and developing the sales teams at each property. The Dual Director of Sales will be responsible for achieving group, catering, and business transient (BT) revenue goals through strategic prospecting, account development, client relationship management, and implementation of sales action plans and initiatives. This role will oversee the execution of property sales strategies, ensure accountability to production goals, and collaborate closely with hotel leadership to maximize overall hotel performance. Essential Functions Achieve and exceed budgeted room night, catering, and revenue goals for both properties annually. Drive proactive outbound sales efforts through prospecting, account management, and relationship development across key market segments. Achieve group, catering, and BT sales production targets through strategic selling activities and revenue-focused initiatives. Manage and lead sales teams at both properties, providing coaching, accountability, direction, and ongoing development. Implement strategic sales plans and action plans designed to increase market share and revenue performance. Analyze and evaluate business opportunities to maximize total hotel revenue while ensuring exceptional customer service. Utilize marketing and sales initiatives to uncover new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Ensure accuracy of forecasting, reporting, and revenue pace updates using the most current information available. Professionally represent both hotels within community organizations, industry events, and networking opportunities. Oversee group sales activities including rate strategy, date evaluation, and space utilization to optimize hotel performance. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry changes to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments. Partner with hotel leadership teams to align sales strategies with operational goals and overall business objectives.
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality sales. Proven track record managing sales across multiple properties or a hotel group. Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership skills at both property and corporate levels. Weekly travel Working Conditions and Schedule Primarily based on-site in a dynamic operational environment Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and sound judgment Requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate Regular walking, standing, and movement throughout the property Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds Exposure to varying environmental conditions typical of hospitality operations (indoor/outdoor, noise, weather) Peregrine TH Management, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
