Full Job Description Director of Enterprise Sales Location:
Milpitas, CA (On-site) About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Enterprise Sales to lead our Enterprise and Data Center sales initiatives across the United States and Europe. This executive-level role requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth, securing strategic design wins, and building long-term customer relationships within the Enterprise, Hyperscale, and Data Center storage ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in NAND memory, SSDs, storage controllers, and semiconductor technologies, along with strong industry relationships and experience developing successful go-to-market strategies. This individual will play a critical role in expanding market share, driving customer adoption, and shaping the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Business Growth Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue and market share goals. Establish revenue targets, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for Enterprise and Data Center storage solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. Drive customer acquisition, design wins, and long-term revenue growth across key accounts. Customer & Partner Management Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Enterprise, Data Center, OEM, and Hyperscale customers. Understand customer requirements and align internal product roadmaps with market needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and strategic engagement. Negotiate and establish partnerships, alliances, and business agreements to strengthen market presence. Market Intelligence & Industry Leadership Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and market dynamics. Provide market feedback to executive leadership, product management, engineering, and marketing teams. Identify opportunities to enhance product positioning and drive competitive differentiation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, product management, marketing, business development, and sales teams to support customer engagements and product launches. Influence product strategy based on customer feedback and evolving market demands. Support key customer escalations and strategic initiatives as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership and business development experience within the semiconductor, NAND memory, SSD, or storage industry. Proven success selling Enterprise Storage, Data Center Storage, SSD, NAND, or controller solutions. Strong understanding of NAND memory technologies, storage architectures, semiconductor markets, and industry trends. Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful sales and go-to-market strategies. Established network of relationships within Enterprise, Data Center, OEM, and Hyperscale customer ecosystems. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional teams and executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience working with leading cloud, hyperscale, OEM, and enterprise technology customers. Track record of driving design wins and large-scale strategic partnerships within the storage industry. Experience leading geographically distributed sales teams.
