Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing and supporting our dealer network across the U.S., managing key client accounts, and driving sales growth within the B2B (business-to-business) market. Your passion for technology sales, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will help us strengthen our market presence and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach Manage and grow existing dealer client accounts by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions Lead negotiations to close sales deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to maximize revenue growth Collaborate with marketing teams to promote product offerings and enhance brand visibility Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for expansion Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets 3+ years of sales or business development experience in the window coverings industry (e.g., shutters, blinds, shades). Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to influence decision-makers at various levels Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms Experience in business development, marketing strategies, and technical sales is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to perform warm calling and develop long-term client relationships Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Join us as a Sales Account Manager for our ShutterSmart division and become a vital part of our growth journey!
