This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a technically minded sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, developing new business, and partnering with engineering teams to deliver inspection solutions for electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, research, and testing environments. This role offers the opportunity to represent highly technical inspection systems in a specialized and growing market. Key Responsibilities Execute sales strategies and product marketing plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships within the assigned territory through regular outreach, visits, and strategic account development. Identify new business opportunities, track sales pipelines, prepare forecasts, and develop monthly sales and marketing plans. Collaborate with technical teams to create customized technical and commercial solutions, support negotiations, and manage bidding, tendering, contract negotiation, and execution processes. Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, provide customer feedback, and share insights with leadership to support product improvement and business planning. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, technical seminars, and industry events while maintaining updated customer and project documentation. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.
Salary range:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year.
