- What you will do
- As the Parts Sales Manager for the West & Mid-West territory, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with customers to drive aftermarket parts sales, increase OEM parts penetration, and support long-term revenue growth.

- + Serve as the primary liaison for parts programs, ensuring alignment between customer needs, dealer execution, and internal sales objectives.

- Education & Experience
- + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to meet physical demands while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required, with or without accommodation, to:
- Stand, walk, or sit, sometimes for prolonged periods
- Balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch or reach to access products
- See, speak, and hear, including distinguishing visual and audible signals necessary for safe and effective communication
- Use hands and fingers to operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices
- Lift, move, or carry, push or pull objects up to twenty 25 pounds
- Access confined spaces, stairs, ladders, ramps, docks, uneven surfaces, and vessels.
- Enter and exit commercial/industrial vehicles/vessels as needed.
- Have stamina for long days, including extended hours, sometimes weekends
- Ability to drive long distances to visit customers, dealers, distributors, partners and other Volvo sites
- Work in customer, dealer, manufacturing, or other partner environments including outdoor environments and various weather conditions
- Work in office, warehouse, customer sites, outdoors, and marine environments with varying weather, noise, dust, grease, exhaust, and operating equipment
- Work on or near open water and travel by boat or watercraft for extended periods.
