Assistant Sales Manager CueZone Billiards Club Newport Beach, CA Job Details Part-time $30 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication English Full Job Description Job Summary CueZone Billiards & Snooker Club is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven Part-Time Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. This is a customer-facing sales and supervisory role focused on increasing CueZone's overall sales and revenue by growing memberships, tournaments and events, building strong customer relationships, and developing new sales opportunities. Schedule Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM Compensation $30/hour + monthly performance-based commission on overall club revenue. Full commission structure will be discussed during the interview. Responsibilities Coordinate and plan events Coordinate and sell tournaments Sell memberships Establish and maintain strong customer relationships Identify and execute new sales opportunities Capture photos and videos for promotional purposes Supervise staff during assigned shifts and report any issues to management Qualifications Must be able to communicate effectively in English Chinese/Mandarin speaking ability is a strong plus, but is not required Connections within the local Chinese community are a plus Outgoing, personable, and comfortable approaching and engaging customers Sales-minded and motivated by performance and results Familiar with sales techniques and customer relationship building Reliable and available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings Previous experience in sales, hospitality, events, or customer service is preferred About CueZone CueZone is a premium billiards and snooker club in Newport Beach featuring regular pool, Chinese 8-ball and snooker.
