S. regions. This role is responsible for driving ground-level customer acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a local BD / sales team Drive customer acquisition through: Warehouses / fulfillment centers (3PLs) US Local E-commerce sellers (Target, Walmart, Shopify, Amazon, etc) Develop sales strategies and execution plans Monitor performance and optimize sales efficiency Collaborate with operations teams to ensure customer success and retention KPIs Regional revenue and package volume New customer acquisition Customer retention rate Requirements 5+ years in sales / business development Experience in: Logistics / last-mile / e-commerce Proven track record of scaling a sales team Strong execution and leadership skills Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred, as this job requires to communicate with team in China. #
