Job Description

Studio Manager (Pre-Sale)
  • Pilates Addiction (Bay Area) Pilates Addiction is redefining the Pilates experience through results-driven programming, patented reformers, and a premium, community-first approach.
We are preparing to launch in the Bay Area and are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Studio Manager to lead our pre-sale efforts and successfully open our studio. This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to own the business , drive real results, and play a key part in building something from the ground up. You will be responsible for studio performance, membership growth, and creating a strong, engaged community from day one.
What You'll Do Pre-Sale:
Own and drive all membership growth initiatives from initial outreach through conversion Execute a high-volume sales process, including 100+ outbound calls daily to warm leads Generate leads through grassroots marketing, partnerships, events, and local activations Build brand awareness and represent Pilates Addiction within the Bay Area community Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets Track and manage leads through CRM systems with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Post-Opening Leadership & Operations:
Transition into full studio leadership, overseeing day-to-day operations and team performance Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Educators Create a strong studio culture rooted in accountability, energy, inclusivity, and results Deliver an exceptional member experience by building genuine relationships and celebrating progress Develop retention strategies, referral programs, and community-driven events Coach and hold your team accountable to sales goals, service standards, and overall performance
Who You Are:
A true owner of studio growth and sales performance—you take accountability for results and lead by example Proven success in sales (fitness, boutique studio, or membership-based experience strongly preferred) A confident, consultative seller who builds trust and consistently closes Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively A fast-paced, solutions-oriented problem solver who is not afraid to take action Adaptable and resilient—able to navigate new challenges daily Passionate about developing people, building teams, and creating a strong internal community Growth-minded, coachable, and continuously looking to improve
Additional Expectations:
This is a full-time, in-studio role following the studio opening Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed for events and peak times Reliable transportation is required Excited to be part of regional growth—supporting and collaborating on the successful launch of future studios in the Bay Area Willingness to partner with other Studio Managers, Sales teams, and Educators to drive overall market success Why Join Pilates Addiction?
