Sales Manager - Cabinets Wholesale West USA International Inc Pomona, CA Job Details Full-time From $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Qualifications CAD software Full Job Description About the company We are a manufacturer of cabinets and furniture panels for residential and commercial projects. With our established distribution center in Southern California, we are able to offer faster and better services to the US market. We serve both local and national markets and are expanding our team to support ongoing growth. The Role in One Sentence You run a team of reps, you carry your own accounts, and you grow revenue. That is the job. What You Will Do Own the Team Manage a team of sales reps across different comp structures Set targets, run pipeline reviews, hold reps accountable, and coach them on deals in progress Know every rep's book. Know what is stalled, what is close, and what needs your involvement Carry Your Own Weight Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of B2B accounts — contractors, builders, developers, dealers Step in on high-value or complex deals. Not to take them over, but to close them Your production matters. This is not a pure management role Drive the Business Forward Report to senior leadership with clean numbers Spot gaps in territory coverage, pricing, and product mix and bring solutions Work closely with operations to make sure what you sell actually gets delivered What We Offer Competitive base salary Commission on personal production + override on team revenue An existing team and an existing customer base — you are not starting from zero Operational and back-office support in place Direct line to leadership and real authority to make decisions Who You Are Proven track record in cabinet sales, specifically cabinets. Not general millwork, not countertops, not full kitchen remodels. Cabinet sales is your core and you can show us the numbers Deep familiarity with B2B trade clients — contractors, builders, developers, dealers. You know how they buy, what they need, and how decisions get made on their end Closed significant B2B deals and managed the full cycle from prospecting to fulfillment Proficient with cabinet design software such as 2020 Design or similar. This is a hard requirement — we will not teach it Experience with ERP systems preferred; NetSuite experience strongly preferred Self-starter, self-motivated, self-disciplined. All three. You bring the drive and do not need pep talks or daily check-ins to stay on task Who You Are Not A generalist building materials rep trying to pivot into cabinets Someone who has sold a few cabinet jobs on the side alongside other product lines A trainee. We are not training you on design, on closing, or on kitchens Someone who needs daily check-ins, accountability nudges, or external pressure to perform
