Ripon, CA -

Onsite Salary:

$150K-$170K + up to 15% bonus plus benefits Direct Hire/ full time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead preconstruction, estimating, and business development strategies to drive profitable growth. Manage, mentor, and oversee the Estimating Department and bid pipeline. Lead Go/No-Go decisions, bid assignments, estimate reviews, and proposal submissions. Build and maintain customer and industry relationships and support market expansion. Ensure smooth bid-to-project handoffs between Estimating, Operations, Procurement, and Accounting. Lead major material buyouts, supplier negotiations, and procurement strategies. Drive process improvements and technology adoption using OST, Procore, CRM, and Microsoft Office. Partner with executive leadership on workload forecasting, market strategy, staffing, and profitability. Support project closeouts, retention, warranty administration, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

8+ years construction experience, including 4+ years in leadership/management. Strong expertise in estimating, preconstruction, procurement/material buyouts, risk management, and project execution. Hands-on OST and Procore experience. Strong leadership, communication, business development, and financial acumen. Ability to balance revenue growth, operational capacity, and project margins.
