Business Development Manager - Collision Repair Southern California (Inland Empire / Riverside / Redlands / Surrounding Areas) Confidential Employer | Full-Time $60,000 - $90,000 + Performance Incentives Let's keep it simple. If you know how to build relationships, open doors, and turn conversations into consistent referral work — this role is for you. A growing multi-location collision repair organization is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand and maintain key partnerships across Southern California, with a focus on the Inland Empire. This is a field-based role — not a desk job. What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain relationships with: Automotive dealerships (new & used) Insurance agents and local agencies Fleet accounts and commercial partners Additional referral sources as directed Generate consistent referral volume across multiple locations Be in the field daily — visiting accounts, building trust, and staying top of mind Conduct presentations, drop-ins, and follow-ups Identify and close new business opportunities Track outreach, leads, and performance Work with shop leadership to align on growth goals Represent the organization professionally in the Southern California market What We're Looking For Experience in business development, outside sales, or account management Collision industry experience is a plus, not required Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-driven — you don't need to be managed day-to-day Comfortable covering territory and being on the road Organized, accountable, and results-focused Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What You're Walking Into Established collision repair locations with steady volume High-opportunity market with strong dealership and insurance presence Leadership that supports growth and production Clear expectations — no guessing games Opportunity to build and grow your own book of business Pay & Benefits $60,000 - $90,000 base salary + performance incentives Health insurance with low out-of-pocket costs (including plans with $0 deductible / $0 copays after baseline visit) Dental & vision coverage 401(k) Paid time off + holidays Career growth opportunitiesBottom Line If you can build relationships and consistently bring in work, you'll do very well here.
