Join a dynamic and growing commercial landscape company with annual revenues of $10M, where you will play a key leadership role. As the Director of Business Administration, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee critical business functions including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, human resources, compliance, benefits administration, and general office administration. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support business decision-making Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance throughout the year Manage human resources functions, including employee onboarding, records management, and policy compliance Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Maintain and improve administrative processes to support efficient office operations Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and process improvements Manage office staff Qualifications Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting Experience managing human resources and benefits administration Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities Billingual in Spanish a plus Offered compensation: $90,000/yr - $130,000/yr Experience and License Requirements Finance (optional) Human Resources (optional) Payroll (optional)
