The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the credit union's sales program and sales culture to drive sustainable growth, deepen member relationships, and achieve organizational sales goals. This role develops and implements enterprise-wide sales strategies, manages sales performance, builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure alignment with the credit union's strategic objectives.
