We specialize in advanced wound care — diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries, venous ulcers, surgical wounds, and complex non-healing wounds — delivered bedside by a team of wound-certified providers.

We bring hospital-grade wound care to the patient so facilities avoid unnecessary hospital transfers, families avoid long clinic trips, and patients heal faster in the place they already call home. The Role We're hiring a full-time Wound Care Sales Representative to own and grow our Southern California territory. This is a hunter role — you will be in the field nearly every day, walking into LTC facilities, building relationships with the right decision-makers, and turning those relationships into signed contracts and a steady flow of advanced wound care patients. world, already have a Rolodex of DONs, Administrators, and Discharge Planners, and love closing — we want to talk. What You'll Do
  • Identify, prospect, and visit SNFs, ALFs, board & care homes, group homes, and home health agencies across Southern California
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Directors of Nursing (DONs), Administrators, MDS Coordinators, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, and Treatment Nurses
  • Secure new facility contracts / service agreements for Xpress Wound Care to become the preferred in-house wound care provider
  • Drive referrals of advanced wound care patients (diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries stage 2-4, venous ulcers, surgical / trauma wounds, chronic non-healing wounds)
  • Conduct in-services and lunch-and-learns on wound staging, offloading, documentation, and when to refer
  • Work hand-in-hand with our clinical team to ensure smooth onboarding of each new facility and each new patient
  • Track daily activity, pipeline, and conversions in CRM
  • Represent Xpress Wound Care at industry events, DON meetings, and local healthcare networking groups
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly patient census and contract targets What We're Looking For Required
  • 2+ years of healthcare sales experience calling on SNFs, ALFs, home health, hospice, DME, or a closely related LTC / post-acute market
  • Existing relationships with DONs, Administrators, or discharge planners in Southern California
  • A working understanding of wound care, skilled nursing, Medicare Part A / B, and the LTC referral process
  • Proven track record of hitting quota, opening new accounts, and closing contracts
  • Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to drive a multi-county territory daily
  • Professional, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable being on the road and in facilities 4-5 days a week Nice to Have
  • Prior experience selling wound care, mobile physician services, podiatry, home health, or hospice
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
