Our Northern California market is seeking a Client Partner who is motivated to make meaningful impact across Higher Education, Nonprofit, and State and Local Government clients. This role sits at the center of some of California's most complex, high visibility institutions and systems, partnering with mission driven leaders navigating digital transformation, data modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and constituent experience. In this role, you will proactively identify opportunities across the Public and Social Impact portfolio, deepen trusted executive relationships, and ensure high quality delivery across the full suite of Slalom offerings while scaling long term impact in the NorCal market. What You'll Do Own direct revenue responsibility of $5M+ as Director within the Northern California market Balance individual and teamutilizationbased on client needs, with a target of 40 percent individualutilizationas Director, and 75 percent plus blendedutilizationfor teams Own profitability for assigned NorCal accounts, including revenue growth,utilization, and margin management Identifyopportunities to expand and mature Slalom's Public and Social Impact offerings in Northern California, setting account and portfolio level strategy Provide executive oversight and governance across all sold and managed engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and client trust Drive business development activities including opportunity shaping, SOW creation, and RFP responses in collaboration with market and global partners Develop and deliver best practices, POVs, and delivery assets relevant to California based public sector, education, and nonprofit clients Maintain relevant certifications such as CSM, PMP, ITIL, or Prosci, along with partner certifications including AWS, Google Cloud, or Databricks, asappropriate forclient needs Maintain awareness of public sector, higher education, and nonprofit trends in California, and understand how Slalom capabilities align to evolving client priorities Oversee delivery quality assurance andfacilitateclient satisfaction surveys Supportrecruitment, hiring, and onboarding of consultants in the Northern California market Collaborate with regional and global strategy initiatives to scale impact across Slalom's Public and Social Impact practice What You'll Bring Demonstrated client management and leadership experience within a management consulting environment Ability to balance business development, contracting and negotiation, solution design, client engagement, delivery excellence,financial management, and people leadership in a single role Expert level delivery experience across complex programs and portfolios Active, transferable relationships within Northern California public sector, higher education, nonprofit, or adjacent ecosystem partners, including state or local agencies, universities, foundations, or mission driven organizations About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Director is $ 195,000 to $ 293,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
