! This is a unique opportunity for the right individual. As a Sales Manager with Hansel Auto Group, you will lead, develop, and inspire a high‑achieving sales team while upholding our brand values and commitment to exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping team performance, strengthening customer relationships, maximizing volume and gross, and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. In this role, you will: Model the Hansel standard of professionalism, fairness, and honest dealing Empower your team to reach and surpass performance goals Drive a mindset that aligns with our Caring Drives Us culture Pay Range The Sales Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $68,640 to $170,000.00+. Responsibilities and Duties Encourage and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale Engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross Demonstrate a Professional management Set an example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction Generate future leads Support other operational units to achieve maximum return for the dealership Maintain our historically consistent Volume and Gross Qualifications and Skills Sales management experience mandatory Strong communication skills Use initiative and sound independent judgment within established guidelines Prioritize work and coordinate several activities Ability to calculate figures and finances Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Must be reliable and punctual Pass a criminal background screening Pass a drug test

Pay Defined:
The Sales Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $5420.00 mo. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.
