As we continue to expand our reach across multiple industries, we are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader to not only drive immediate revenue but also build the foundation for our future sales organization.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Sales / Sales Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will start as a key individual contributor, actively selling our specialized electronic components and opening new accounts. Simultaneously, you will be tasked with developing a scalable sales program from the ground up. As the program matures and revenue targets are met, you will transition into a leadership role, responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team to cover our expanding global markets. Key Responsibilities Direct Sales & Business Development Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across target markets. Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals. Sales Program Development Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and playbook tailored to our target markets. Establish standardized sales processes, KPIs, and reporting metrics. Implement and manage a CRM system to track pipelines, performance, and customer interactions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine our sales approach and value proposition. Team Leadership & Expansion (Future) Identify the hiring needs required to scale the business across various regional or vertical markets. Recruit, interview, and onboard a high-performing team of sales representatives. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to ensure team success. Set team targets, manage performance, and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of [Number, e.g., 5+] years of progressive experience in B2B/B2C sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas. Demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies, playbooks, or standardized processes from scratch. Previous experience mentoring, training, or managing sales professionals is highly preferred. Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
