We are looking for someone who can handle both front-end ticket writing and daily car wash management. The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, great customer service, and experience managing a car wash operation.

Location:
Thousand Oaks Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they arrive Write tickets accurately and clearly Recommend and sell wash packages, memberships, and detailing services Upsell customers on detail services, waxes, interior cleaning, and other packages Help manage the daily flow of cars through the wash Support and direct team members when needed Maintain a professional and organized front-end operation Make sure customers receive excellent service Work with the wash and detail team to keep cars moving efficiently Help increase sales through strong customer communication
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a car wash Ticket writing experience preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Must be comfortable talking to customers and closing sales Car wash, detailing, valet, or auto service experience required Must be able to help lead the team and keep operations running smoothly Positive attitude and strong work ethic We offer: $18/hour base pay Commission on sales Bonus opportunities Busy location with strong earning potential Room to grow with the company
