Round Table Pizza is looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead 8-12 restaurant locations throughout the East Bay, Vacaville, and Fairfield markets. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and inspire General Managers and restaurant teams to achieve outstanding results. Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple locations. Build a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Analyze restaurant performance and develop action plans that deliver measurable results. Identify, develop, and promote future leaders within the organization. Ensure every location consistently delivers exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Partner with training and marketing teams to successfully launch new initiatives and promotions. Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on support when needed to help your teams succeed. What You Bring 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience. A proven track record of developing people and driving strong business performance. Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost control. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
