Job Summary:
As a District Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with major dealerships and dealer groups within your district. You will influence these dealerships to partner with DSI for their aftermarket solutions, educating them on our products, and driving new business. Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealership leadership and dealer groups throughout your assigned territory Influence dealerships to partner with DSI for their aftermarket solutions, driving new business and increasing market share with both new and existing clients Educate dealership leaders and sales teams on industry trends, helping them stay ahead of the curve in aftermarket solutions Present and sell DSI's pricing, packages, and warranties to drive growth and customer loyalty Work closely with local 4WP/ORW retail stores and dealerships to ensure seamless product installations, delivering high-quality products and services with speed to market Uphold the DSI customer-first philosophy, ensuring every interaction results in a top-tier experience Prepare sales forecasts, develop a sales pipeline, and consistently drive activity to close deals Exceed sales and profit targets, contributing to both the growth and profitability of DSI Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a laser focus on results Uphold DSI's core values of integrity, teamwork, and customer-first service in all your interactionsQualifications:
3+ years of experience selling Aftermarket or OEM parts/solutions High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience required; additional education is a plus Must possess a valid driver's license for a least five (5) years and no major violations; employment contingent upon the successful completion of motor vehicle record (MVR) check Proven success in acquiring new customers, developing relationships, and growing market share within your territory Demonstrated success in achieving revenue, market share, and profitability goals. Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers Highly competitive, self-motivated, and committed to team success with safety and integrity top of mindWork Environment:
Daily travel in your territory is required. Some out-of-state travel may be needed. Salary starting at $50,000- 60,000 + commission. Estimated compensation : $90,000
