• This position will cover the Salinas/Gonzalez, Hollister, and Visalia/Fresno territories
• Starting at $85,000/yr (based on experience) + plus bonuses +paid mileage !
• PRIOR STAFFING and/or

SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

Job Requirements:

Must be driven and assertive with a positive, outgoing personality Ability to effectively communicate in person, on the phone, and via email Present, promote, and sell staffing services to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships In person cold calling is a MUST Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner Excellent communication skills Keep track of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Knowledge of MS Office Highly motivated/self motivated Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations for prospective clients
