HVAC Sales ManagerR & H Mechanical | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives Are you a proven sales leader who knows how to build winning teams, coach top performers, and drive results?
R & H Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to lead our residential and light commercial sales team. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving sales processes, and helping a growing company achieve ambitious goals.

What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC Sales Consultants. Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor top sales talent. Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and drive team accountability. Conduct ride-alongs, sales coaching, and regular performance reviews. Develop strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and market share. Review proposals and pricing to ensure profitability and consistency. Track sales metrics and prepare reports for leadership. Collaborate with operations, service, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Build and maintain relationships with customers, referral partners, and the local community. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement. What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC, home services, or in-home sales experience. Previous sales leadership or management experience preferred. Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
