Artistic Escapes Landscape Company is looking for a high-performing Business Development & Project Management professional to help grow our company by creating relationships, generating leads, selling projects, and helping guide customers from first contact to completed job. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. We are looking for someone who is hungry, motivated, emotionally strong under pressure, and excited to help build something great. Responsibilities Generate and follow up on new leads Build relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and referral partners Meet with potential customers and create excitement around projects Sell landscape construction projects and help guide customers through the process Assist with project management and scheduling coordination Maintain strong customer communication before, during, and after projects Help resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently Support positive team culture and communication between crews and clients Help identify opportunities for company growth and improved systems Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and energy Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is highly organized and self-motivated Can perform well in stressful situations Has thick skin and strong emotional control during customer challenges Is confident communicating with both customers and team members Naturally builds trust and rapport with people Takes ownership and follows through Loves sales, leadership, and growth Wants to be part of a company culture focused on excellence and relationships Understands that success comes from consistency, communication, and hustle Experience Preferred Sales experience Landscape, construction, or project management experience preferred Customer service and leadership experience CRM or scheduling software experience is a plus Valid driver's license required Compensation Competitive base pay + commission opportunities Potential for major growth within the company Performance-based bonuses available About Us Artistic Escapes Landscape Company specializes in high-end landscape construction and outdoor living projects throughout Northern Colorado.
