What You'll Do Lead from the

Front:

Recruit, mentor, and coach a top-performing sales team.

Drive Sales Growth:

Manage and grow your personal sales pipeline while helping your team hit their goals.

Create Smart Strategy:

Build and implement sales plans aligned with company goals.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work with estimators, production, and leadership to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project completion.

Own Your Market:

Leverage your knowledge of the Denver roofing market to build long-term client relationships in both residential and commercial sectors.

Who You Are Proven Roofing Sales Pro:

5+ years in residential and/or commercial roofing sales with a track record of success - sales $5M+

Experienced Leader:

3+ years in a sales leadership or management role.

Locally Savvy:

Strong understanding of Denver-area roofing markets and local permitting/regulations.

Motivated & Strategic:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to lead by example.
