Job Description
Commercial Sales Manager Quick Summary Growing construction and fencing company is seeking a consultative HOA / Commercial Sales Manager to lead and expand their commercial and HOA division throughout the Colorado Front Range. This individual will focus on public bids, relationship development, project estimating, and managing commercial opportunities with HOAs, builders, municipalities, school districts, and general contractors. The ideal candidate has a strong fencing or commercial construction background, understands the local market, and thrives in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Manage and grow HOA and commercial fencing sales opportunities throughout the Front Range Build relationships with HOAs, property managers, builders, municipalities, school districts, and general contractors Attend public bid meetings and prepare accurate bid submissions Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents using Bluebeam and AutoCAD Collaborate with internal sales assistants, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and client consultations Provide customers with consultative solutions rather than high-pressure sales tactics Track pipeline activity, proposals, and project progress Support ongoing growth initiatives within the commercial division Must Haves Experience in fencing, commercial construction, or closely related industry HOA and commercial project experience Experience participating in public bids and bid meetings Knowledge of builders, GCs, developers, and commercial construction market in Colorado Experience with Bluebeam and AutoCAD Strong communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $90,000-$110,000 + bonus opportunities Company vehicle provided Gas card Full benefits package Life insurance Performance-based MBO bonus structure Background Requirements 10-year background check Valid driver's license required No DUIs Five-panel drug screen (THC acceptable) Type of Person They're Looking For Relationship-driven and consultative Strong communicator with high integrity Organized and detail-oriented Team-focused leader who values customer experience after the sale Self-motivated and growth-minded Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment #PEG1
