Club Location:
Arrowhead Golf Club - Littleton, CO Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. Responsible for leading the Private Events sales function while personally contributing to club revenue through new business and customer acquisition. The Sales Director serves as a player/coach, accountable for individual sales performance as well as the overall sales performance of the club. This role partners with Sales Leadership, the General Manager, and Club Operations to establish sales strategies, develop the sales team, manage pipeline performance, and maximize Private Events revenue.
Primary Responsibilities include the following:
  • Drive lead generation through cold-calling, business development, networking, referrals, and strategic account development
  • Personally manage a qualified sales pipeline while providing leadership, direction, and accountability for the Private Events sales team
  • Establish and execute sales strategies that drive new business, repeat business, referrals, and overall revenue growth
  • Lead regular pipeline and performance reviews, identifying activity, conversion, pipeline, and forecast gaps and creating action plans to improve results
  • Coach and develop sales and coordination team members on discovery, tours, value-based selling, objection handling, negotiation, and follow-up
  • Deliver compelling, tailored club tours for qualified prospects and lead the team in creating a consistent and differentiated client experience
  • Accurately forecast revenue, monitor booking activity and sales performance, identify trends, revenue gaps, and adjust strategies to achieve individual and club goals
  • Ensure strong CRM discipline across the team, utilizing HubSpot to manage pipeline, activity, follow-up, reporting, forecasting, and sales accountability
  • Partner with the General Manager, Operations, Food & Beverage, Event Execution, and Sales Leadership to align pricing, capacity, product offerings, and client experience with sales opportunities
Required:
Minimum three - five years of progressive, commissioned, quota-carrying sales experience Demonstrated track record of prospecting, negotiating, closing new business, and achieving sales targets Prior sales leadership, management, or player/coach experience Demonstrated ability to coach sales professionals, manage performance, and improve team results Advanced proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute multiple responsibilities
Preferred:
Experience in Private Events, golf, club, hospitality, hotel, resort, or venue sales Experience managing a book of corporate, association, wedding, social event, or tournament clients Experience working across multiple properties or locations Established relationships with local businesses, event professionals, community leaders, or centers of influence Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range:
