With a focus on uncompromising quality and high-level craftsmanship, BOSS has grown to be a leader in the sale of truck plows. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence across North America and Canada. 50% travel involved. What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Develop and implement a sales strategy for both existing and new products Expand the presence of The BOSS Snowplow (and other related equipment) within North America/Canada. Develop new markets and expand existing markets Manage and develop Distributors and Sub-Distributors within the region:

CO, WY, SD, ND, ID WA, AK, OR, NV, CA, UT, NE, KS.

What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

RSM I:

5+ years experience; sales and industry experience preferred

RSM II:

8+ years experience; sales and industry experience preferred Proven record of sales success in a direct or related field Proven record of sales success in a direct or related field Excellent relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to be a team player Self-motivated and demonstrated self-initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective conflict-resolution skills Alignment with company values and culture What Can We Give You? • The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $100,000
• $120,000.
