Store Manager Position Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for helping lead the sales floor and elevate the customer experience at Dardano's Shoes. This role is focused on sales-floor execution, service standards, team development, and customer engagement. The Sales Manager works closely with the Store Manager to strengthen the leadership bench, improve selling consistency, and help drive a high-performance retail culture. This role is ideal for a leader who is especially strong in customer service, floor coaching, team energy, and sales development, and who takes pride in creating an elevated in-store experience.
