This is not a traditional IT support position . We are looking for someone who combines strong business understanding with deep technical capabilities and can determine how technology should be used to run a modern organization. The right candidate will evaluate, select, implement, and integrate best-in-class existing software across our organization while also deploying AI, automation, data infrastructure, and management reporting. Responsibilities Design the company's overall technology and business systems architecture. Evaluate and select the appropriate ERP, CRM, WMS, POS, accounting, e-commerce, BI, and automation platforms . Implement and integrate existing software platforms rather than unnecessarily building systems from scratch. Build integrations between systems using APIs, middleware, automation platforms, and custom development where necessary. Develop and deploy AI agents and automated workflows across sales, operations, purchasing, inventory, accounting, customer service, and other functions. Build test environments and run simulated transactions through proposed systems before live implementation. Lead system implementations from initial design and testing through deployment and employee adoption. Develop company-wide dashboards, reporting, and KPI infrastructure. Work with department leaders to determine the metrics and KPIs each function should track. Create automated data pipelines that provide management with reliable, real-time information. Establish standards for master data, system ownership, permissions, integrations, and data accuracy. Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through technology and AI. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is both business-minded and technically strong . The ideal candidate will have experience with several of the following: ERP and enterprise systems implementation CRM platforms Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) POS systems Accounting and financial systems Inventory and purchasing systems Business intelligence and dashboard development AI agents and LLM-based applications Workflow automation APIs and systems integration SQL and databases Python or similar development languages Power BI or similar analytics platforms Manufacturing, distribution, retail, or operational technology environments Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Odoo, Cin7, Monday.com, QuickBooks Online, Shopify, Power BI, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar systems is valuable, but expertise in any one specific platform is not required. Who Will Succeed in This Role You should be able to understand how a business operates from end to end and then determine the best technology to support it. You should be comfortable evaluating software, configuring systems, building integrations, working with APIs and data, deploying AI agents, developing dashboards, testing workflows, and leading implementations. We are looking for someone who can answer questions such as: What should our technology stack look like? Which ERP, CRM, WMS, POS, and accounting platforms should we use? How should these systems communicate? Where can AI eliminate repetitive work? What should be automated? What KPIs should each department track? How should management dashboards be structured? How do we test the entire system before going live? This is an opportunity to build the technology foundation of an organization from the ground up and have significant ownership over how technology, data, automation, and AI are used across the company..
