Job Description
Welcome to Dover Place , an Inspirit Senior Living Community, where we extend a warm and inviting greeting! • Must have experience in a long-term care facility as a CRD• We are actively seeking an individual with boundless enthusiasm, a penchant for creative thinking, and exceptional communication prowess. In addition, we are on the lookout for individuals who possess a track record of marketing and business development within a healthcare setting, particularly in sales within long-term care facilities. A familiarity with the PA area and its long-term care landscape is also essential. We are driven by values of Integrity, Compassion, and Love. Essential Responsibilities:
Answer telephone inquiries, schedule visits, conduct tours and close sales as needed Maintain detailed lead and prospect information within the company's preferred CRM Process all required information necessary to complete a successful move-in Create ongoing referral relationships from local business partners through an in-depth outreach strategy Build your identity in the marketplace as the representative of the Inspirit, and be seen as the solutions provided in this area of Senior Living Oversee business development and lead management Maintain or grows occupancy to maximum levels Identify and develop professional referral sources Ensure that the department operates within budget Schedule and promote special functions, lectures and seminars related to marketing Participate in development of effective sales and marketing plan Manage and appropriately categorize prospects and leads by using Inspirit's standards and protocols to establish follow-up communication Demonstrate solid understanding of Inspirit Programs (SAGE, Transitions, Taste of Inspirit) Plan and provide an engaging and driven presentation style with the ability to communicate to the prospect the benefits of living in a Inspirit Community Utilize outstanding Interpersonal skills to cultivate family relationships as well as seek to establish new business prospects Maintain a general knowledge of the competition and be able to speak to why Inspirit is the ultimate choice in Senior Living Maintain confidentiality of information of the department and potential residents. Contribute to the effective operations of the department by demonstrating dependability in job performance Demonstrate commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of Inspirit Senior Living. Collaborate with all staff to maintain the safety and security of all who reside, visit, or work in the community Perform other duties as requiredQualifications:
Education:
A college degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that equips the individual with comparable knowledge and abilities.Experience:
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the field of long-term care.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English is essential. A solid grasp of State and Federal regulations related to waiting lists and entitlement programs is preferred. Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the capacity to make decisions independently.Pay:
$72,000.00 - $76,000.00 per yearBenefits:
