Assistant Director of Sales:
Discover the needs of the resident or adult child inquiring for their loved one, matching those needs to our services and unique offerings Meet daily, weekly and monthly to discuss sales objectives, variances and a plan to meeting budgets Proactively identify and forms relationships with the local healthcare partners to secure referrals Participate in lead generating events Visits and analyzes competition to understand how to sell our value differentiators Conduct tours of the community
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others College degree with a minimum of three years sales experience (preferred) Two years of successful sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry or senior living where meeting and exceeding sales goals is demonstrated (preferred) Proficient in cloud-based operating systems, document management portal, internet browsing, email/Outlook and Microsoft applications like Word, PPT and Excel Demonstrated sales closing skills and experience Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Willing to work weekends and evenings as needed Safe driving record and valid driver's license Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
