Job Description:
Job Summary The Regional Manager ("RM") oversees the activities and performance of all of the Company's operations in the area of responsibility, including, without limitation, at the transfer stations, landfills, and office facilities. The Regional Manager provides the overall leadership necessary to ensure efficient and effective operations, with a focus on setting and tracking operations goals, individual performance targets and maintaining safe operations. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage all company operations in the State of Florida. Manage relationships with customers, landfills, and government entities. Identify growth opportunities within and between organizations. Direct and coordinate business operations related to production, pricing, sales and execution of services. Coordinate with the COO and CFO on all operational and financial issues. Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties. Review financial statements and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvements. Determine staffing requirements. Interview, hire and schedule training of new employees. Monitor the business and ensure operations are running efficiently while operating within budgetary limits. Manage the movement of commodities into and out of transfer stations. Work closely with the local maintenance manager to ensure that preventative maintenance schedules are timely performed. Manage changes that may occur on a day-to-day basis. Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency. Oversee payroll management to ensure accuracy. Ensure that accounting department requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner. Drive initiatives in the management team that contribute to long term excellence. Coordinate and work with the Safety, Human Resources, Legal, and other departments as applicable. Provide operations metrics, reports and information to the COO on a routine basis and as requested. #
INDHP Job Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED and demonstrated knowledge of applicable industry practices, procedures, rules and regulations, and employment laws. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, industry technology and software applications.

Valid Driver's License Wage Range:
80000.00 - 100000.00 per year
