Job Summary The International Sales Manager is responsible for driving global revenue growth by developing and executing international sales strategies across key markets. This role manages relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners while expanding Epoca International's presence in existing territories and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and proven ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels. This person thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about driving performance through market trends, insights and disciplined execution. Responsibilities Account Management, Business Development & Retail Strategy Own and grow key international accounts while identifying new opportunities across Canada and emerging U.S. channels Product Development & Assortment Management Translate market trends and retailer needs into compelling product concepts and retailer-aligned assortments Partner with merchandising, sourcing, and marketing teams on packaging, branding, and go-to-market positioning Partner with merchandising teams to define product specifications including materials, construction and target price points Provide direction on packaging, branding, and product positioning in collaboration with internal teams Forecasting, Pricing & Business Analytics Strong cross-functional expertise in operational disciplines such as providing monthly sales forecast and end to end supply planning with the customer. Own P&L across all customer accounts, with demonstrated ability to manage profitability, margin, and financial performance at the portfolio level Provide pricing recommendations and financial insights to senior leadership Analyze POS data, Retail Link, and internal reporting to monitor business performance Track key metrics including sell-through, inventory turns, units per store per week, and markdown impact Translate data into actionable insights to improve performance and inform future strategy Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution Collaborate with merchandising, compliance, logistics, finance, marketing, and licensing teams Ensure alignment on product requirements, timelines, and retailer expectations Support compliance requirements across national brand and private label programs Drive execution from concept through shipment Serve as the primary buyer contact; lead line reviews, assortment presentations, and business reviews Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, category expansion, and competitive analysis Identify assortment gaps, modular voids, and shelf opportunities; deliver insight-driven recommendations that position Epoca as a strategic retail partner Manage distributor relationships and support expansion into new international markets Network and build strong relationships with key customer decision makers and key internal stakeholders Requirements 5-8+ years of experience in sales, category management, product development, or related functions within consumer goods or housewares Sales in the Canadian market a plus Proven ability to manage accounts and drive revenue growth Experience with forecasting, pricing models, and financial analysis including P&L management Strong analytical skills with experience using POS data and retail reporting tools Ability to translate consumer trends into actionable product and assortment strategies Experience working cross-functionally with sourcing, merchandising, operations, and marketing teams Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Full benefits (health, dental, vision) Creative, collaborative team environment Physical Requirements The employee typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
