Job Description

Recognized by Newsweek in 2024 and 2025 as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity Brookdale Pointe West is seeking a driven Sales Manager to drive community occupancy by guiding seniors and families through the senior living sales journey. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, conducting community outreach, and developing marketing strategies to meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Results:
Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals through proactive sales strategies.
Guide Families:
Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and families, navigating them from initial interest to move-in.
Build Partnerships:
Develop local referral leads by networking with medical, financial, and legal professionals.
Execute Marketing:
Implement strategic sales and marketing plans in collaboration with community leadership.
Manage CRM:
Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activity.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience. Senior living or hospitality experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM/technology systems.
