In this role, you will guide day-to-day sales operations, support team development, and work closely with leadership to create an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven ability to coach teams, analyze results, and achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual performance goals. Monitor sales activity, pipeline development, and closing ratios to identify opportunities for improvement. Train team members on product knowledge, sales processes, customer engagement, and follow-up best practices. Partner with other departments to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from first contact through delivery. Review market trends, inventory levels, and sales performance data to support strategic planning. Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, compliance, and dealership processes. Support hiring, onboarding, and development efforts for sales team members as needed. Assist in managing pricing, merchandising, and promotional initiatives to maximize sales opportunities. Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolution. Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and performance initiatives. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive sales leadership or a similar management role. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and team development. Proven ability to motivate others and achieve performance targets. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with dealership systems, CRM tools, and standard business software preferred. Commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
