What You'll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate high-performing teams Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless, transparent and memorable buying experiences Maintain and develop lasting relationships with enthusiasts and collectors Manage trade-in evaluations, appraisals, and pricing in alignment with market trends and inventory needs. Partner with General Manager on forecasting, goal setting, marketing, events and brand experiences. Develop and implement merchandising and digital retailing strategies to increase visibility and attract leads. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, balancing aged units and new acquisitions to maximize turn and gross. Ensure the showroom and online presence reflect the brand's standards of quality and presentation.
