The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in healthcare business development, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and demonstrate expertise in strategic planning and project management. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies focused on RCM and pharmacy billing services to expand market share Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and pharmacy chains Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that showcase service value propositions and generate leads Manage customer relationships through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business Oversee project management activities related to onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless service delivery Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management, activity tracking, and reporting on sales performance Requirements Proven experience in business development within healthcare sectors such as RCM or pharmacy billing with a strong sales record Expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive positioning Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to healthcare services to support outreach efforts Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, compliance standards, and billing processes is preferred Join us as we pioneer innovative solutions in healthcare revenue management!
