Job Summary LRx Healthcare is hiring a motivated and experienced Healthcare Business Development Executive to expand our client base across South Florida. We are looking for a candidate who already has an existing client base, referral network, or strong relationships with doctors, medical practices, clinics, pharmacies, pharmacy owners, and healthcare decision-makers . This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare sales, medical sales, pharmacy sales, provider relations, physician liaison work, revenue cycle management sales, medical billing sales, pharmacy billing sales, or healthcare business development . The candidate must be located within 50 miles of Coral Springs, FL and should be comfortable meeting healthcare providers in person. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for LRx Healthcare by connecting with doctors, medical offices, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Use an existing healthcare client base or professional network to introduce LRx Healthcare services. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, practice managers, clinic owners, pharmacy owners, and healthcare administrators. Promote LRx Healthcare services, including RCM, medical billing, pharmacy billing, healthcare billing support, and provider business solutions . Schedule and attend in-person meetings with healthcare decision-makers. Develop and manage a local sales pipeline in Coral Springs, Broward County, Palm Beach County, Miami-Dade County, and nearby South Florida areas. Identify client needs and present suitable healthcare service solutions. Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into active clients. Represent LRx Healthcare professionally during provider visits, pharmacy visits, networking meetings, and healthcare business events. Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, client interest, and business development activity. Required Qualifications Must currently live or work within 50 miles of Coral Springs, FL . Must have an existing client base, book of business, referral network, or active relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, or healthcare providers. Experience in healthcare sales, medical sales, pharmacy sales, RCM sales, provider relations, physician liaison work, or business development . Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals. Comfortable with local travel for in-person meetings. Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and generate new business. Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with physicians, pharmacy owners, clinic owners, medical office managers, or healthcare administrators. Experience selling medical billing, pharmacy billing, revenue cycle management, credentialing, healthcare consulting, or provider support services . Knowledge of the South Florida healthcare market. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Prior commission-based or performance-based sales experience is a plus. Compensation Salary and compensation will be discussed during the interview. Final compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, existing healthcare client base, qualifications, and ability to generate business.
