This role is ideal for a hospitality sales leader who understands that modern hotel revenue growth is not just sales—it's sales, marketing, digital visibility, and brand positioning working together . Key Responsibilities Lead all sales, marketing, and revenue generation efforts for the hotel Develop and execute a comprehensive sales & marketing strategy to drive occupancy and ADR growth Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, travel, and leisure accounts Identify and convert new business opportunities in the Fort Lauderdale / Miami airport corridor Partner with revenue management to optimize pricing, demand, and channel mix Oversee digital and local marketing initiatives, including OTA performance and brand visibility Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand drivers to adjust strategy in real time Represent the hotel in community, tourism, and industry networking events Lead, coach, and motivate sales team members to achieve aggressive revenue targets Preferred Experience & Qualifications 2-7+ years of progressive hotel sales experience Strong background in hospitality sales AND marketing strategy Proven success in driving group, corporate, and transient revenue Experience with branded hotel environments (Wyndham, Marriott, Hilton, IHG, etc. strongly preferred) Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including: OTA platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) Meta/Google visibility strategies (preferred but not required to execute directly) CRM and lead generation systems Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategy Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Experience working in airport, business, or resort-adjacent markets is a plus What We're Looking For We are not just hiring a "sales manager in a senior title." We are looking for a commercial leader who understands: How marketing drives demand before the sales team ever closes it How brand visibility impacts rate and occupancy How to position a hotel in a competitive airport market How to build long-term corporate and group pipelines, not just short-term wins
