Job Description Job Description Sales Manager Hollywood, FL The Opportunity An established full-service hotel serving one of South Florida's busiest travel corridors is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across corporate, group, and local business segments. This is an opportunity to step into a well-positioned property with strong market potential and make an immediate impact through proactive business development and relationship management. If you know the South Florida market and enjoy building business through direct sales efforts, this role offers the autonomy and support to grow market share while working alongside an experienced hotel leadership team. What You Will Do Develop and a strategic sales plan focused on increasing occupancy and revenue. Prospect, solicit, and maintain relationships with corporate, group, government, and local accounts. Generate new business through outside sales calls, networking, and community engagement. Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial inquiry through execution. Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure successful group execution and guest satisfaction. Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate account activity, forecasts, and pipeline reporting. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and local business organizations. What We Are Looking For Previous hotel sales experience required. Strong knowledge of the Fort Lauderdale and greater South Florida market. Established relationships with local corporate and group accounts preferred. Proven ability to generate new business and consistently achieve revenue goals. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Highly organized with strong follow-through and account management abilities. Experience with hotel CRM and sales systems is preferred. Self-motivated professional who enjoys being in the market and building lasting client relationships.
