Position Overview:

The Director of Business Development & Lead Designer will play a key role in overseeing the design and business development efforts for our new Palm Beach County location. This senior-level role combines leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on design to elevate our offerings, expand our market presence, and ensure a top-tier client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design projects and ensure quality Drive business development and client relationships Manage and mentor a small design team Contribute to strategic growth for the location

Experience & Skills:

5+ years in custom design Strong leadership and business development experience Design software proficiency

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary and benefits package

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
