Senior Sales Manager Hilton Miami Beach is a highly anticipated new-build hotel inside a historic Art Deco building steps from Collins Park, the Miami Beach Convention Center, Collins Avenue, Lincoln Road, and South Beach. With playfully designed guest rooms, three dining outlets — Amador, Savant Rooftop Bar, and Haute Mess Cafe — two rooftop pools, and flexible meeting space, this flagship 289-room property is now building its team ahead of its December 2026 opening.

THE ROLE

The Senior Sales Manager proactively generates and manages group and corporate business for the hotel, developing new accounts, strengthening existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This is a pre-opening hire — you'll help build this role from the ground up ahead of our December 2026 launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Proactively identify, solicit, and secure group and corporate business to achieve assigned revenue goals.

▪ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, accounts, and industry partners to generate repeat and referral business.

▪ Participate in the development and execution of sales strategies, including target market outreach campaigns.

▪ Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to establish pricing strategies, business mix, and sales targets.

▪ Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, conferences, networking functions, and client events to maximize exposure.

▪ Conduct site inspections, client presentations, and proposal development to secure business.

▪ Collaborate with Revenue Management, Catering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of client programs.

▪ Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Hilton systems, ensuring timely reporting and pipeline management.

▪ Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

▪ Provide mentorship and support to junior sales team members as needed.

▪ Participate in the development and execution of opening sales strategies and target market outreach campaigns.

▪ Represent the hotel at pre-opening industry events to build market awareness ahead of launch.

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

▪ 3-5 years of progressive hotel sales experience with proven success in group and corporate segments.

▪ Prior Hilton brand experience highly preferred; hotel opening experience a plus.

▪ Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.

▪ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

▪ Solid understanding of market dynamics, especially Miami Beach and convention-driven business.

▪ Proficiency in Hilton sales systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools.
