Job Description

The need for the role: Rapidly growing franchisor seeking for a multi-market leader who can build, lead, and execute scalable growth and sales strategy for franchisee. Leader open to collaborate, build and execute growth strategy with well-resourced owner inside a franchise brand. Hands on and approachable sales and business leader who can foster a great culture for the team and customers while developing and implementing a strategic plan. Self-motivated and results-driven integrator who will help plan, develop, and collaborate the needs to meet the business strategy.
Overall purpose of the role:
Own the responsibility to lead and grow a multi-market franchisee by researching and developing strategic plans to grow existing and new business. Leader fostering a great work culture with collaboration, accountability, and communication. Learn, foster, adopt, and represent franchise network vision by building partnership with all levels of the business in alignment with home office and internal team. Understand, identify own the management of KPI and work collaboratively to develop and implement plans. Review and evaluate current business and future business to reach revenue goals for the franchise.
Qualifications of the role:
Dynamic leader with experience in multi market management in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach. Strong advocacy in building a strong culture to develop a great work environment. Proven strategic thinker with experience in planning and executing scalable organizational growth for a rapidly growing business. Dependably demonstrates a relentless obsession with embodying the core value alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity. Visionary who identifies opportunities of growth and conflict and solves problems with practical and approachable methods to ensure a healthy and cohesive leadership team. Strong communicator to deliver and manage changes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Operational KPIs accountability: Labor Efficiencies (including overtime), Patrol Completions, Dedicated Shift Completions. Employee Retention, Customer retention, Daily sales outstanding, and A.R Over 90 days, Gross Profit Net Revenue Growth, Revenue per Owned pop, and Same customer sales. Learn, executes, and utilized Signal sales process and tools. Full awareness of client activities and issues that are currently being addressed by Franchise leadership teams. Responsible for retaining clients, identify opportunities of organic growth and new vertical and opportunities. Diagnose and identify strategic areas of growth to maximize patrol routes, contract renewal, and additional service opportunities. Collaborate with Director of Operations to ensure the Customer Brand Experience standards are met. Responsible for fostering a positive working environment through feedback, recognition programs and performance reviews. Consistently connect with clients and prospects to ensure development of two-way communication for a strategically solid relationship. Develop relationships through networking with Franchise Home office and key Home Office staff to ensure support of Franchise(s). Communicate regularly with Franchise Owner(s) around key initiatives, business performance results, and customer concern and issues. Additional responsibilities as needed per business needs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years or more in management or a leadership in multi-market organization Pass background check and drug test Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record 25%-30% Travel or as needed Signal is an equal opportunity employer.
