This role focuses heavily on building visibility with local hospitals and maintaining consistent referral flow into the facility.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and referral partners. Maintain a consistent presence within local hospitals. Generate referrals that support census growth. Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless referral process.
Qualifications:
3+ years in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development. Skilled Nursing or post-acute experience preferred. Existing hospital referral relationships are highly preferred. Comfortable making regular hospital visits and developing new referral partnerships if you don't already have an established network.
